About the Bistro

Inspired by the romance of Parisian cafés, the bistro blends timeless French style with a welcoming, modern feel. Warm reds, classic café seating, and cozy banquettes set an intimate tone, while music and artwork evoke the spirit of Paris without feeling staged or nostalgic.

The space is designed to feel open and lively. An airy ceiling and a bright, contemporary kitchen invite guests to watch crepes being prepared by hand, just as they have been for centuries. Traditional cast-iron griddles anchor the kitchen, bringing time-honoured technique into a refreshed, thoughtfully designed setting.

Crepes are at the heart of everything here - and they are treated with respect. True to Breton tradition, the batter is made with organic buckwheat flour, giving each crepe a distinctive texture and naturally gluten-free finish. Every crepe is prepared to order, spread and cooked by hand, then folded in the classic French style for a clean, elegant presentation.

The menu features both savoury and sweet crepes, alongside rotating bistro-inspired offerings that reflect the seasons and the chef’s creativity. Whether you’re stopping in for a simple favourite or something new from the chalkboard, the focus is always the same: honest ingredients, traditional methods, and a relaxed café experience meant to be enjoyed slowly.

You can find us at 52 Front St #84, Penticton, BC V2A 1H1, open Thursday through Monday, in our welcoming bistro location. We also offer catering for special events throughout the year, with the exception of July and August, when our focus shifts to our seasonal food truck.
